Hi, I'm Kyndall Savage, the founder of Willow Branch Consulting LLC and a dedicated digital business manager. 

Before embarking on my journey as a digital business manager, I held a corporate position at Ericsson, where I honed my skills in project and operations management. 

One of my proudest professional achievements was creating and implementing the "Holiday High Fives" employee appreciation program. This initiative paired 40 team members to anonymously write compliments about each other, which I then presented at our end-of-year party. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many participants sharing that it was the highlight of their year and that they felt truly appreciated. I'm thrilled that this program continues to thrive even after my departure from the team.

Another highlight of my career was organizing and running a fundraising concert for Wilder Fest, which attracted 200 attendees and raised $15,000 for NICU nurses who made a significant positive impact on NICU families.

I’m currently living in Croatia, embracing the digital nomad lifestyle. My academic background includes a BA in Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from Baylor University. My education and corporate experience drive my passion for using corporate strategies to amplify the positive impact of small online businesses.

In my spare time, you can find me reading—my recent favorites include "The Courage to Be Disliked," "$100M Offers: How to Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No," and "Unreasonable Hospitality." Growing up, I was heavily influenced by John Maxwell’s leadership books and the E-Myth, which sparked my interest in leadership and business development early on.

I love making lists and diving deep into goal-setting strategies. My biggest motivation is creating processes and systems that simplify and enhance the lives of those who use them. I’m passionate about working with socially conscious businesses that strive to make a positive impact on the world.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog and fiancé, going for walks, and cheering on others at the tennis courts with a coffee in hand.
